Terms of service
Rules for using zbudujmi.com. Project work is agreed in a separate contract; these terms do not replace it.
§ 1. Service provider
zbudujmi.com is run by iapply sp. z o.o., pl. Wolności 16, 61-739 Poznań, Poland, KRS 0001133291, NIP 7831915094, REGON 529962488, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division, share capital PLN 50,000. Contact: kontakt@iapply.pl.
§ 2. Services
The provider offers the following electronic services free of charge:
- information about services, prices and past work,
- an indicative price calculator that runs in the user's browser,
- preparing the text of an inquiry the user can send from their own e-mail,
- remembering the chosen site theme in the browser.
§ 3. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled. Sending an inquiry requires an e-mail account.
§ 4. Start and end of the agreement
The agreement for the services in § 2 starts when you open the site and ends when you leave it. You may stop using the site at any time.
§ 5. Prices and quotes
- Prices are net; VAT is added.
- "From" prices and calculator results are indicative. They are not an offer under Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code but an invitation to negotiate (Art. 71).
- The binding price, scope, deadlines and transfer of copyright are set out in a separate contract concluded in documentary or written form.
- zbudujmi services are intended for businesses and organisations.
§ 6. Acceptable use
Users may not submit unlawful content through the site or in an inquiry, nor interfere with the site's operation.
§ 7. Complaints
Complaints about the site can be sent to kontakt@iapply.pl. Please describe the problem and give an e-mail address for the reply. We respond within 14 days.
§ 8. Liability
Site content is for information only. Towards businesses, the provider is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an indicative quote. This limitation does not apply to consumers or sole traders to the extent they enjoy consumer rights (Art. 3855 of the Polish Civil Code).

§ 10. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. The provider may change them for valid reasons, such as changes in law or in the scope of services; changes apply from publication on this page. Version: October 2026. The Polish version prevails.
