Privacy policy
In short: we only collect what you send us in your inquiry. We use no analytics, no advertising tools and no tracking cookies.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data on zbudujmi.com is iapply sp. z o.o., pl. Wolności 16, 61-739 Poznań, Poland, KRS 0001133291, NIP 7831915094, REGON 529962488. For any privacy matter write to kontakt@iapply.pl or by post to our registered office.
2. What data and where it comes from
- Quote request. The calculator and the form run in your browser and send nothing by themselves. We receive data only when you send an e-mail from your own mailbox: usually your name, company, e-mail address, phone number and project description.
- Correspondence. Data contained in the messages we exchange about the quote and the project.
- Technical data. On every visit our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes the IP address, time, browser type and page address. This is needed to serve the site and protect it from attacks.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your inquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, when you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in contacting a client's representative (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Performing the contract, if we sign one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Establishing, pursuing and defending claims, and site security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply. We do not make solely automated decisions and do not profile you.
4. AI tools
We use artificial intelligence tools to prepare quotes and work on projects. We give them the project description only, without contact details: no name, e-mail address or phone number. AI tools make no decisions about you; every quote is reviewed by a person.
5. How long we keep data
- Inquiry without a contract: 12 months from the last contact.
- Contract data: for the term of the contract and then until claims become time-barred.
- Accounting records: 5 years from the end of the tax year.
- Technical logs of the hosting provider: usually no longer than a few days, under Cloudflare's rules.
6. Who receives data
We do not sell data. Only companies that help us run the business and act on our behalf have access:
- Google (e-mail, Google Ireland Ltd),
- Cloudflare (hosting and protection, Cloudflare Inc.),
- our accounting firm and IT providers, if we sign a contract.
Google and Cloudflare may also process data in the United States, based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to kontakt@iapply.pl; we reply within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, so your IP address is not sent to Google Fonts.
- When you choose a site theme (e.g. "Night"), the choice is saved in your browser (localStorage, key
zb-palette). It is never sent anywhere and needs no consent because it only serves the feature you asked for. Clear the site data in your browser to remove it. - Cloudflare may set a technical bot-protection cookie (e.g.
__cf_bm). It is strictly necessary for security and is not used for tracking.
9. Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this page. Version: October 2026. The Polish version prevails.
